    We have exciting opportunities for machine operators. On offer is a variety of day and night shifts available. Locations include Truganina. Ongoing employment with a company with huge potential. 12 hour shift paid on hourly rates plus penalty loadings, Shift time 12am-12pm, working 7 days a fortnight.

    What you need

    Prior experience in machine operation or as a production worker in dairy, food or beverages manufacturing preferable.

    • Operate equipment and carry out process activities with a lean manufacturing mindset to manufacture product to agreed quality, time and cost specifications.
    • Take responsibility for quality of product/process in assigned work areas and act appropriately to rectify issues as identified.
    • Complete process area check-sheets, and compliance data collection accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Manage raw material inventory for specific process activities and report usage to relevant manufacturing co-ordinators for appropriate replenishment.
    • Carry out routine process maintenance activities (Asset Care, Clean Inspect Lubricate) and work with reliability team members to ensure all equipment is maintained for optimum performance.
    • Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards

    It would also good if you had any of the following

    • Forklift licence - LF
    • confident in counterbalance and high reach forklift driving
    • Mechanically minded
    • Experience in food/beverage manufacturing
    • Quality checking
    • Troubleshooting experience
