logistics administrator in Perth

A national company within the transport and logistics industry is seeking an AM Logistics Administrator to join one of their departments located in the Eastern Suburbs. Hours are Monday to Friday - approximately 07:00am to 15:00pm.

Working as part of the team in a high pressure environment, you will be involved in everything from general administration and accurate data entry of compliant and non-compliant runs.

The role is to work Monday to Friday 07:00am - 15:00pm. Flexibility is required as we are in peak you might be required to work longer hours. Pay rate is $26.36 per hour.

Logistics Administrator responsibilities are as follows;

• Accurate data entry of compliant and non-compliant runs
• Checking returned paperwork from drivers – making sure all POD’s, pallet dockets and paperwork has been received
• Maintaining and updating all runs, driver information and times for deliveries made into SAP
• Processing all non-compliant deliveries and creating exception reports and organising warehouse searches for missing pallets.
• Breakdown of runs for processing through to the pallet controller, filing and scanning
• Entering of data into the SAP system on a daily basis.
• Customer Service enquiries.
• General Data entry
• Assisting the Freight Management Team as required.
• Assisting in the returns and damages process as required.
