A leading worldwide provider of transportation and logistics based in Port Melbourne who are highly respected in the industry and are a true innovator in the field to deliver world class solutions to their clients on a global level.

About the opportunity:

Due to significant growth, our client are now looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join the team in Port Melbourne on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is offered on a full time basis working between the hours of 7.30 – 16.30 Mon – Fri.

Reporting to the Line Manager – Export your responsibilities will include:

  • Order processing and batching
  • Producing consignment notes
  • Assisting despatch and export administration
  • Processing purchase orders
  • SAP transactions
  • Data Entry

To be considered for this role you will possess:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills

About you:

The successful candidate will need to have strong Microsoft Excel skills and high attention to detail and accuracy. Additionally any experience within the logistics or supply chain industry would be beneficial for this position.
