job description

Responsibilities

  • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders using SAP)
  • Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
  • Manage email inbox
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
  • Liaise with the warehousing staff
  • Complete pre-trip questionnaires
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Logistics Administrator is essential (or within Transport or Manufacturing)
  • Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
  • Advanced Excel and Data system use
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
