About our client:

We are representing a large NSW Government agency that are offering roles within their respective Litigation divisions, with this particular role sitting in CBD, great money, and a heavy focus on litigation strategies, research and preparation of position papers, and workers compensation.

About the role

You will be someone who is adept at both thinking strategically about difficult litigation issues and responsible for facilitating adequate escalation of dispute resolution/litigation regarding insurance related matters.

About the ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, but in short you will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in common law, work injury damages and/or dust disease claims
  • Comprehensive understanding of workers compensation legislation
  • Passionate about providing quality service and outcomes to our customers with a focus on empathy
  • Extensive experience in claims management including management of litigation
  • Admission as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of NSW with a current practising certificate
