- Mount and overhaul bearings
- Operating a wide range of hand and power tools

What We’re Looking For:
- Any Mechanical Trade - Light Vehicle Mechanics, Mechanical Fitters or Plant Mechanics
- A great attitude and willingness to learn
- Rail maintenance experience is highly regarded, but not essential
- Forklift ticket is a plus
- Must be able to pass a Rail Category Medical
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
What We Offer You:
- $58.81 - $62.40 per hour (casual rate based on experience)
- Day shift (Monday - Friday)
- Machine Specific Training provided
- Overtime available
- Ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position
- Opportunity for afternoon shifts
- Potential for further training and upskilling
- Based in Newcastle
- Immediate start
