The Company:

Our client have recently been bought by a huge US listed Medical Devices company and have been growing rapidly ever since. As a medium sized business, our client put a large emphasis on culture and have a close knit team. For over 100 years, they have been inventing innovative Medical equipment and are always working on new technologies and R&D.

The Role:

As a Legal and Compliance Coordinator, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager. Duties of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Review and Coordinate Customer and Vendor agreements.
  • Maintain and file all contracts and agreements including renewals.
  • Coordinate training on key compliance topics.
  • Review high risk systems and processes.
  • Perform Quality Assurance Audits.
  • Location: Artarmon, FREE parking on site
  • Hours: Standard working hours
  • Salary: $60,000-$90,000 + Super + Life insurance + On site gym + MORE!!!


To be considered, you will have:

  • Previous compliance experience
  • Previous experience dealing with legal documents
  • Experience conducting Audits
  • Bachelors degree (preferred, not essential)
  • Great communication and switched on
  • Able to problem solve.
