Our client, leaders in their industry, are currently looking for an experienced Learning & Development Lead to join their team. You will thrive on working in a busy environment and play a pivotal role in driving learning and development strategies to develop, motivate and retain the best talent.
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, and partnering closely with the leadership team and HR Business Partners, the role covers:
- the full spectrum of learning and development activities across the business and will include assessing & reviewing the current offering,
- revamping, developing and implementing learning & development initiatives,
- play a key role in design and delivery of content,and
- facilitating on a number of key projects covering inductions, technical, soft skills and leadership training.
The successful candidate will be qualified in a relevant discipline with a proven background in end to end learning and development as well as bring with them experience in eLearning, virtual and workshop sessions. You will be an approachable and engaging individual with strong presentation and facilitation skills and have previous experience with the maintaining of a Learning Management System. High attention to detail and accuracy are essential and you will also be highly organised and creative with an approachable, diplomatic and down to earth style.
Finally, you will bring with you a passion for developing people, the ability to connect with others and build long lasting relationships.
