Your New Organisation:

The department has developed a new role which requires the successful candidate to value and maintain personal high performance which will also place importance on engaging and communicating with all internal and external stakeholders to mentor, develop and deliver on implementing a variety of HR initiatives.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Apply your knowledge of L&D to support central projects
  • Use your strengths to develop and manage a wide-range of relationships
  • Use your strong project management and organisational skills to support the implementation of L&D strategies, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Use your excellent communication skills to collaborate with and support senior leadership
  • Demonstrate continual curiosity for professional development in the L&D space

The Successful Candidate:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in the relative area
  • Experience in learning & development area, leadership development or workforce planning.
  • Strong liaison skills and a solutions-focussed attitude
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and organisational skills
  • The ability to build and and maintain strong relationships across a range of stakeholders
  • Experience working with senior leadership
