We are partnering with a reputable forward thinking organisation looking for a Learning and Development Advisor who can take a consultative approach with key stakeholders to cultivate a culture of learning and growth throughout the business, promoting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse the current learning & development needs identifying gaps and providing advice
- Design, implement and deliver Learning & Development programs
- Engage with stakeholders to co-create and design learning content
- Raise awareness of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage learning projects from concept to delivery
- Upload content to the LMS & drive engagement
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback & surveys
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive L&D skill-set, attention to detail & the ability to multitask. The candidate should have a positive attitude, high energy and a strong work ethic.
