We are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor who can take a consultative approach with key stakeholders to cultivate a culture of learning and growth throughout the business, promoting continuous improvement.
key responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and the wider business to evaluate current learning and development needs and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive training and behavioural programs.
- Promote leadership development within the business.
- Raise awareness of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support broader Employee Engagement initiatives, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive L&D skill set, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coach and manage changes effectively and confidently. They should have a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic. A problem-solving mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities are also highly desirable.
