We are looking for reliable Leading Hand - Labourers for our client. Casual position with full time hours.

What we are looking for

Previous experience working in a landscaping. In this role you will need to be able to stand for long periods and manual labour.

What you will be doing

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers on various projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
• Manage resources, including materials and equipment, to meet project needs.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients and supervisors to report on project progress.
• Assist in hands-on landscaping tasks when needed.
