Lead ServiceNow Consultant
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Consultant, to work closely with our client to understand their needs and challenges relating to a ServiceNow implementation. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing and implementing end to end ServiceNow solutions and must be comfortable with face to face stakeholder interactions. In addition to this you will have experience leading teams. This role will require you to work onsite from Melbourne CBD minimum 4 days a week.

This is a 12 month daily rate contract.
Role Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and collaborate with the client to understand their business processes and needs
- Provide technical leadership to developers when designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions for clients to address their needs
- Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing and optimising ServiceNow
Role Requirements:
- Experience with ServiceNow in a lead role
- Experience leading team of developers and providing technical leadership
- Strong understanding of ITSM and CMDB
- Hands-on experience with the implementation of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customisation, and administration
- Must be consultative with the ability to push back on the client around ServiceNow capabilities and limitations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently
Please note if you are open to relocating to Melbourne you will need full time working rights and relocation costs will not be covered.
