About you:

Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Strong stakeholder management
Demonstrated problem solving experience
Ability to work autonomously with excellent follow up capability
Complaint resolution
Customer relationship management
Sales driven and result oriented
Experience using CRM systems

Responsibilities:

Generate sales appointments and leads for the sales team
Follow up all sales opportunities and leads in a timely manner
Cold calling and developing new customer sales channels
Providing support to 3rd party call centres to ensure quality service
Undertake Competitor Intelligence as and when required
Take up to 40 calls per day, working with set KPI's
Coordinating and schedule appointments with customers and sales team
General adhoc and data entry duties
