job description

About you:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated problem solving experience
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent follow up capability
  • Complaint resolution
  • Customer relationship management
  • Sales driven and result oriented
  • Experience using CRM systems

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales appointments and leads for the sales team
  • Follow up all sales opportunities and leads in a timely manner
  • Cold calling and developing new customer sales channels
  • Providing support to 3rd party call centres to ensure quality service
  • Undertake Competitor Intelligence as and when required
  • Take up to 40 calls per day, working with set KPI's
  • Coordinating and schedule appointments with customers and sales team
  • General adhoc and data entry duties
