Our Client

One of Australia and New Zealands largest Facilities Management providers are growing and looking for 5 Land Access Administrators to join them on a temporary basis for 3 months with potential for extension.

About the Role

Reporting into the Land Access Manager, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely Land Access administrative support to the business operations team as required, enabling them to focus on effective service delivery and commitments. This role is based in Melbourne CBD, however you may be required to travel to the organisations office in Dandenong as and when required.

This role is offered on a full time basis, working flexible hours of (7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm or 9am -6pm)

Responsibilities include;

  • Coordination and scheduling inspection, survey and construction activities
  • Generation and capturing of correspondence and documentation
  • Coordinate building access for surveys and inspections
  • Provide support to the State Land Access Manager
  • Liaison with stakeholders

About you

You will possess a high degree of administration and stakeholder engagement skills who works well with others and independently. A proficient user of Microsoft suite packages including word, excel and PowerPoint.

Key Selection Criteria;

  • Minimum of 3 years Administration experience
  • Excellent coordination and project support
  • Valid Australian driving licence
  • Strong Analytical Skills
