Right now, a global market leader with an innovative product offering within the consumer goods industry are seeking a highly driven & commercial key account manager to join their high performing team, this role would be based in their Melbourne Head Office.

Role of Key Account Manager

  • You will be responsible for managing accounts within the P&C channel nationally
  • You will be responsible for driving sales
  • You will drive range reviews and promotions
  • You will develop strategies to improve profitability
  • You will engage internal and external stakeholders
  • You will be predominantly office based/ role will involve nationally travel occasionally
  • This role reports into the Sales Manager

To be successful in this role

  • Success in this role will come from leveraging from your background in a key account manager role in FMCG
  • You will possess high financial and commercial acumen
  • You will have strong relationship, influencing and negotiation skills
  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • You will be a team player
  • You will be enthusiastic, results driven & eager to develop your career
  • You will have a strong work ethic and a ‘go getter’ attitude
