Key Account Manager – Construction Products

$80,000 - $100,000 + OTE + Super + Car

Melbourne

I’m working with one of Australia’s largest supplier of construction products, who are looking for someone to spearhead sales within the tier one and two house builder market in Victoria. This is a highly strategic role that requires someone to be able to build a long term business plan and execute it accordingly.

With an instantly recognisable brand name, and internal processes set up to proactively encourage personal and career development, this role should offer you everything you need to be successful both in the market and for your own progression.

Role – Key Account Manager

  • Driving sales growth within Tier 1 and 2 House Builders
  • Liaising across all internal teams including design & specification, construction, delivery, procurement, supply chain and contract mangers to ensure all bases are covered and everyone is educated on your business
  • Ensure supply level agreements are agreed and acted upon
  • Look for further opportunities to cross sell
  • Negotiate price and promotions to further enhance your brand within your customers
  • This is a strategic, high level role that requires a professional individual with excellent commercial acumen.

Person – Key Account Manager

  • Knowledge within the construction supplies market would be advantageous
  • A background in negotiation intricate supply deals would also be a positive
  • Will posses excellent commercial acumen
  • Professional, presentable and hard working
  • Very well organised and structureda
