You will be getting the opportunity to be mentored by an industry legend and the trained into a National Account Manager. Cool thing with this role you will be introduced and walked in to a huge retailer account from week one. Your salary package will include a base of $60,000 - $75,000 + Super + $15K car allowance. Additionally, you will receive a discount off the entire product range for you and your family and tools of the trade such as laptop and mobile phone.

Purpose of the Role

This is a newly created role to shadow the NSW Sales Manager to learn the ins and outs out the business while working on some very established accounts. This is a broad role, and they are looking for someone that has solid sales experience in this area and has a strong desire to be part of an exciting opportunity with the business.

It is an excellent time to join this growing business as further investments are planned for 2018 and beyond.

Skills/Knowledge and Experience

  • Essential
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (Preferably FMCG)
  • Has practical and technical knowledge of food industry
  • Excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
  • Background in ingredient sales, cookery or wines sales preferable
  • Food Science or related degree (not essential but highly desirable)
  • Experience of working with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • About the Person
    • A self-starter, and able to perform independently
    • Experience of implementing new ideas, processes, and systems
    • Desire to develop themselves and grow with the business
    • Excellent interpersonal skills - able to motivate others and build effective relationships
    • Ability to liaise and build relationships with external suppliers
