As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. This position is ideal for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Monitor and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company.
- Coordinate access for contractors and management
- Allocate maintenance and work order requests
- Assist the sales team with administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous administration experience highly desireable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
