job description

The Company

  • Established Tier 3 Group – 25+ year history - $150m+ turnover

  • Dedicated Training & Development Program

The Role

  • Junior PM role where you will run your cladding replacement projects inclusive of CA duties before moving onto larger new build projects.
  • A role where you can particularly develop your client and stakeholder management skills
  • Additional support to be provided by a PC

Experience/Qualifications Required

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
  • A track record in financial control at CA level gained over 5 + within commercial construction – refurb/fitout grounding or new build.
  • Ability in working in a systems based environment accredited to FSC standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholder

What’s on offer

  • A salary package in the $100k-$140k range, dependent upon experience
  • Path to PM level on diverse projects larger in scale (they work on projects to $40m)
