We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to assist in running daily reports and queries established by the Senior Data Analyst, supporting the data team with routine data tasks, and assisting in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data. This role provides crucial support in ensuring that the business has the data insights needed to drive operational efficiency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / JOB ROLE / SPECIFIC DUTIES / TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly data reports and queries as established by the Senior Data Analyst.
- Support data cleansing and data integrity initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of data documentation and procedures.
- Provide data entry and administrative support as needed.
- Collaborate with the Senior Data Analyst to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
- Assist in developing basic data visualisations and dashboards.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various business units.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance data analysis skills.
