We are currently looking to recruit a Resourcer to join our successful Technologies team. With an established warm desk, you'll focus on attracting temporary & permanent candidates across a wide range of roles for our biggest Banking & Finance clients.

Responsibilities include

Developing and managing a defined candidate base
Source, screen, qualify, brief & prepare candidates for interviews
Assisting with ad hoc administration duties that will allow the sales team to achieve their Business Development activity targets
Compliance with legal & company policies and reporting processes
Write & post job adverts
Achieve individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
