Join us on a rewarding journey as a Candidate Manager in our Wayville office. You'll join our Procurement team headed up by Rachel Homer who brings a wealth of industry knowledge. You'll hit the ground running and match highly skilled professionals with temporary & permanent opportunities in the procurement space. Your day to day will consist of:
- Working alongside the consultants to understand job requirements
- Strategically sourcing active and passive talent in the market
- Talent pooling - seek searches, linkedin projects, networking events, industry referrals
- Candidate management, you'll be the first point of contact for our procurement candidates
