You will thrive on working in a high performing environment and play a pivotal role in delivering best practice end to end recruitment and talent attraction.
Reporting to the Team Leader, Recruitment and partnering with the People and Culture branch in providing support to the greater organisation and to deliver the best practice end to end recruitment and talent attraction as well as contribute to the broader people strategy by driving innovative and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- End to end recruitment activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Managing and coordinating compliance on boarding processes
- Regular recruitment reporting and education on best practice recruitment processes.
To be successful
You will be an experienced end to end recruiter with a natural ability to build rapport and relationships quickly. You have a genuine interest in supporting leaders to find the best talent for their teams, whilst being able to work with some challenging job briefs.
