Speech Pathologist (Clinical Lead)

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Speech Pathologist looking to make their next career move whilst discovering a different state of Australia! This company have approximately 3500 clients across South Australia and are the states largest non-government disability support coordination company. You will be working in the community and will be based from a beautiful HQ walking distance to the beach! The HQ has many facilities including a stunning modern coffee shop / on-site gym and swimming pool.
The job:
Leading a team of speech pathologists dedicated to ensuring the very best in care is delivered to clients and in turn help improve the independence, wellbeing and quality of life of people with a disability.
Working in an NDIS Environment with mostly adults
You will work in collaboration with the Manager and Clinical Leads of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, Social Work and Developmental Education for identified clinical and professional leadership activities.
You will align your operational duties with the values of the organisation at the heart of your decision making, and work in a collaborative nature with your colleagues and peers to drive operational excellence.
It will be essential that your leadership is driven by your passion, and your desire to see your team grow and develop to support the growing nature of the business!
Essenntial criteria for this position:
- Bachelors Degree of Speech Pathology or Master's Degree of Speech Pathology.
- Member of Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience of working in an NDIS Environment
