• Build and manage your relationship with clients in the Schools sector
• Business development with new clients
• Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling
• Screening, interviewing and presentation of candidates
• Staying up to date with industry trends and remaining knowledgeable on the market

What we are looking for

You thrive on building trusting relationships and have previous local experience in sales, which has honed your skills in exceeding sales targets. Driven by results and motivated to surpass expectations, you excel in a fast-paced environment where resilience and proactivity are key. Your ability to listen, consult, and communicate proactively complements your technical savvy and attention to detail, ensuring you effectively address challenges and achieve success.
