About your role
As a Recruitment Consultant in the Early Years division, you will be responsible for running a recruitment desk focusing on the recruitment of Educators, Teachers and Cook roles within the Childcare sector. You will take pride in moving employers through the complete hiring process from initial client acquisition to placement and aftercare demonstrating your knowledge, skill and care throughout.
To help achieve your career goals you will be supported by an experienced manager and an established learning and development platform for continuous training. You will also be supported by an experienced work life partner who has had over 10 years experience in the early learning sector. Working alongside the work life partner, you will establish an engaged candidate pool.
A Day in the Life of a Recruiter
- Build and manage your relationship with early learning providers
- Business development with new clients
- Management of SME accounts at multiple levels and with different stakeholders
- Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with local sales experience or managing busy accounts like Membership Sales, Call Centre, Travel etc. Early Childhood experience is also desirable. As a Recruiter, you thrive on building trusting relationships and are motivated to exceed sales targets. You will be resilient, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
