    About your new role

    The blue collar Construction, Property & Engineering team is looking for Account Manager to join our blue-collar recruitment team in Loganholme.


    You will take over a high performing temp desk and focus on recruiting blue collar professionals with trades and electrical background as well as managing client relationships. This is the perfect opportunity for a driven consultant to come on board and excel!

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and sustain client relationships
    • Develop candidate attraction strategies
    • Screen and place potential candidates
    • Manage end to end recruitment campaigns
    • Be a subject-matter and market expert

    What you will need to exceed

    We are looking for a driven, outgoing professional who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook, seeking new ways to provide solutions within your industry for outstanding results. If you have experience managing client relationships and would like to explore a new career in recruitment we'd like to hear from you!

    • High-volume Recruitment or Client Relationship Manager/Account Management experience
    • You enjoy sales, are not afraid to pick up the phone and are resilient
    • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
    • You like working closely with your team as well as independently
