They offer tailored service to their clients and have a professional and agile cultureWith major focus in sourcing the best talent for the business, we are looking to appoint a detail focused and commercially astute Project Manager to their team, that has previous experience in the aged care sector specificallyThe company also specialise in new build Industrial/Warehouse projects, however they have a strong pipeline of future work in 2021/2022 in aged care, and therefore this is their current focus.Your new role Involved early on in the delivery process, you will be responsible for client interaction whilst working closely with your team to meet the clients expectationsOne of the most significant challenges you will face is accommodating rapid technological advances, strict regulations, and meeting changing resident needs. Recent initiatives have the ultimate goal of creating better-equipped care environments for residents and staff and you must be able to communicate these clearly with clients and stakeholdersCreate and manage construction programs using MS ProjectsManage a team and coordinate works with a Contract Administrator and Site Managers on site, to ensure timely project delivery and a quality product is producedResponsible for monitoring project financials - budget and cost forecasting and management. What you'll needMinimum 5 years experience as a Project ManagerTrade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or EngineeringExperience as a Project Manager working on projects $20m+, preferably in the 'Senior Living' SectorSuperior ability to plan, manage and deliver projects to a high standardStrong communication skills and ability build rapport quicklyExperience using Jobpac would be advantageousTransferable negotiation and decision-making abilities & techniques.
