Position Summary
This position involves working in a team environment coordinating multiple parallel projects from inception to completion within the Brownfield and Greenfield space.
The Project Manager will be responsible for assigning and supporting work tasks to multiple disciplines within the group, in addition to monitoring and driving progresses utilizing standard Project Management principals.

Essential Job Functions
- Ensure projects are delivered within schedule and budget, while simultaneously fostering a team environment.
- Generation of work packages and job safety analysis sheets.
- Creation of schedules, man power estimates, and cost analysis.
- Maintain revision control on work packages.
- Collection of information, and ensure that it is accessible by all stakeholders.
- Assist in generation of technical specifications and drawings for proposal purposes.
- Interim development of training materials and maintenance of quality certifications.
- When required participate in on-site activities to insure successful project completion.
- Review project test reports and documentation to ensure that all requirements for invoicing are completed and carried out.
Qualities
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively to employees of the organization, upper management, and to outside vendors, regulatory officials, and customers.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, geometry, thermodynamics, chemistry, and electricity.
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Past experience that indicates continuous growth in the areas of technology, and project direction, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Willingness to travel for customer site walk-downs, meetings, or project execution needs.
- Strong communication skills both written, and verbal.
