The Roles & Requirements
#1 – Project Manager
- You will be managing portfolios of 2-3 projects concurrently and will lead a project team dedicated CA’s, PC’s and experienced SM's
- Core duties include:
- Project set up including programme, budget and subcontractor resourcing
- Managing client and consultant relationships – you will be the face of the project and the company
- Driving construction teams and subcontractors on site
- Leading monthly reporting of project financials and program
- Execution of project to time, quality and budget
#2 –Contract Administrator
- You will be working closely with the nominated PM across 2-3 projects concurrently depending on their size & complexity
- 3+ yrs experience required with strong CA skills across the full life cycle – scoping, letting, management of claims, EOT’s, RFIs and project reporting
- You will have the support of a PC on those paperwork heavy projects
