Our client is highly regarded within the market due to their leading presence within the animal nutrition production space. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a professional, vibrant and efficient person to provide administrative support to the Executive Team. This person will be an all rounder who manages the daily operational needs of the business as well as reliably cover reception duties when needed.
- Melbourne CBD
- Part-time (3 days - 2 of which must be Thursday and Friday)
Key Responsibilities Include:
- All rounder type Office role - general admin duties
- Provide backup to reception as required
- EA duties
- Coordinate and manage busy schedules
- Maintain and monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements
- Calendar and Diary management, booking and confirmation of appointments and meeting rooms
- Research, organise and coordinate company events and conferences
- Team support when required
- Operate effectively in a complex, multi-divisional environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Executive/ Office Assistant experience
- Can work 3 days (2 of which are thursday and friday)
- Proficient experience with Excel and Word
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain organisation
- High level of communication
