    About the role

    A 12 months maternity cover opportunity arises to join our Talent Solutions team as a National Business Development Manager for Health & Social Care.

    You will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future of a strong Health & Social care portfolio and design customised talent solutions for our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for developing tactics, delivering on the national sales strategy through effective sales leadership and achieving profit targets for the respective state key accounts
    • Nurture customer relationships to support the delivery of innovative solutions
    • Effective account management through being a positive sales leader and representative of Randstad
    • Ensuring best practice in regards to new client acquisition and retention
    • Nurture customer relationships to support the delivery of innovative solutions
    • Work closely with Directors across all streams (primarily Health and Social Care), to ensure client opportunities are maximised across the enterprise
    • Collaborate with the various Randstad multi-disciplinary teams to optimise market opportunities

    What you will need to succeed

    The ideal candidate will possess both the business acumen to drive engagement at a senior level as well as consultative sales skills and expertise to influence middle managers, end users and other key stakeholders. To be successful the individual will show an enthusiasm to drive sales and has a strong commitment to customer service, delivery and follow through.

    • A recruitment background and experience managing large client accounts - ideally in the NFP, Health & Social care space
    • A strong strategic mindset
    • Ability to provide complex solutions for clients
    • Ability to build relationships with high level stakeholders
    • Proven ability in driving activity through recruitment teams
