Reporting to the HR Manager. This role will work across multiple business sectors, including some of the most high-profile projects in the market. You will be providing top-quality HR guidance, coaching, and support to senior leaders in the business. You will develop and deliver HR initiatives from an operational and strategic perspective in line with the business strategy. You will also build capability across the organisation, driving change and promoting a culture of high performance. key accountabilities will include but are not limited to;Experience in delivering high-quality HR support to a high-performing client base.Advise managers using strong generalist knowledge across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Coach and build capability across the manager and leadership team.Lead and/or contribute to relevant HR projects, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.Undertake and assist with the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of policies, procedures, and guidelines, supporting local compliance.skills and competencies;Degree qualified in Human Resources.Broad knowledge of Employment Law, HR Policies, and best practice.Ability to work in a fast-moving, fluid environment.Strong business acumen and commercial thinking.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.Customer and service-oriented with strong delivery capability.You are an HR professional who has experience providing support on a broad range of HR Policies, Programmes, and Practices, developing people manager capability, and forming strong working relationships across the business.
