As a Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in the Early Years sector (Childcare and Preschools) and be responsible for managing relationships with National clients, bringing in new business while recruiting a high volume of temporary positions.

*This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working off a rotating roster: Early shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm, Late shift: 9:30am - 6:00pm / 3 days working in the Sydney CBD office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and manage your relationship with Early Years facilities across Sydney
• Business development with new clients
• Recruiting a high volume of temporary positions
• Staying up to date with industry trends and remaining knowledgeable on the market

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in Agency recruitment on a high volume desk or Early Years sector experience
• You thrive on building trusting relationships
• You are results driven and motivated to exceed sales targets
• You are resilient, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You listen, consult and communicate proactively
