About your role

We are currently looking for a driven and diligent Defence Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team. Your desk will have a focus on recruiting technical and non technical defence professionals.

The team defence team is headed up by a manager who has great market knowledge enabling you to harness the power of a dedicated team of eight high performing & well connected recruitment consultants.

Responsibilities include

• Candidate sourcing and management
• Applicant compliance and registration, reference checking
• Head hunting passive candidates
• Advertising
• Administration and reporting

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruiter who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

• Recruitment and business development experience
• You enjoy speaking to people, are not afraid to pick up the phone
• Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You like working closely with your team as well as independently
• Enjoy setting & exceeding goals/targets and delivering quality people outcomes
• Resilience
