Your new role
- Be apart of a digital and fast-paced call centre environment to provide exceptional customer service
- Provide first class customer service with an empathetic approach
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email and chat
- Use your comprehensive knowledge to resolve issues and queries for the customer
Working on a rotating roster from 7am-11pm Monday to Sunday
Your skills and experience
- At Least 2 years minimum of call centre experience
- Experience within banking and financial services
- A passion for servicing customers with support and empathy
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Strong call quality control with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Razor sharp eye for detail
- Team Player with strong customer focus
