    About your role

    The position is responsible for sourcing and candidate management linked to your specific sector focusing on a limited number of candidate buckets per industry. You will also be responsible for sales administration support for your nominated team.

    Currently, in a position of growth, we are looking for a Work Life Partner to join the Sydney CBD team. As a Work Life Partner, you will be responsible for managing the casual Educators in early childhood temporary positions. Your role will see you coaching and guiding the casual workforce through their career as a Randstad Education professional whilst sourcing new educators to join our growing team. The early childhood recruitment team is headed up by our Manager, Claire Curtis, who has a proven successful history of upskilling teams and training them to be the best. There has been no staff turnover for more than 3 years, which evidences the great team culture.

    Thinking more holistically, the greater community services team specialise in Early Childhood, OSCH, Schools, Further education & Healthcare recruitment.



    Responsibilities include

    • Build and maintain candidate relationships
    • Onboarding new candidates in preparation for work
    • Screening
    • Interviewing candidates
    • Candidate check in calls and visits
    • Partner with Universities, Tafes and RTO's to create a pipeline of future talent
    • Grow pool of available candidates
    • Initiate a range of sourcing activities, such as publishing vacancies, networking and conducting referrals, to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client's current and future demands.


    What you will need to succeed


    We are looking for someone who is eager to work closely with our candidates. Ideally, the successful candidate will be 'tech savvy' and able to leverage social media to work closely with candidate attraction and retention.

    • Experience in sales / education / customer service / recruitment
    • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
    • You like working closely with your team as well as independently
    • Experience hitting KPI's
    • Can-do attitude
