    About your role

    We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Candidate Manager to join our successful team. You will have a focus on recruiting permanent (and contract) professionals such as engineers, drafters, project controllers, project managers, leadership/executive across of range of CPE sectors.


    The team in Adelaide is headed up by a manager who has been with Randstad for 10+ years and is an expert in all aspects of construction & engineering recruitment, enabling you to harness the power of a dedicated team of high performing recruitment consultants.

    Responsibilities include

    • Candidate sourcing and management
    • Applicant compliance and registration, reference checking
    • Head hunting passive candidates
    • Advertising
    • Administration and reporting

    What you will need to succeed

    We are looking for a driven, outgoing Candidate Manager who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

    • Proven track record of success in recruitment or a fast-paced customer focused role
    • You enjoy sales, are not afraid to pick up the phone
    • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
    • You like working closely with your team as well as independently
    • Enjoy setting & exceeding goals/targets and delivering quality people outcomes
    • Resilience
