Your new role As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll receive inbound calls regarding customers who may be experiencing financial hardship and challenging timesConsistently providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond while providing high levels of empathy and resilience towards our customers at all timesProvide guidance and assistance to customers across a range of banking products and servicesLearn and master multiple internal systems and software to use simultaneouslyEndeavour to support and assist our customers while navigating them towards a suitable resolutionYour skills and experience It is essential that you have previous experience in a customer service, call centre or a similar role.
