Our client is a nationally recognised financial services organisation that is on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager. Due to company growth, they are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager with experience within the insurance and finance space.
Your New Position
- Present and promote services to prospective clients
- Self source new business opportunity within your region
- Prepare client presentations and proposals
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to client leads through cold calling and other social platforms
- Effectively position insurance and finance solutions that deliver benefits to your clients business.
- Sales order processing- attention to detail is key
- Stakeholder Management
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong sales hunting experience, strong previous experience in cold calling
- Demonstrated ability to met KPI’s and targets in fast-paced working environments
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Self-motivated to work autonomously or with little supervision at times
- A collaborative and supportive team player
- Must be competent with various CRM Systems, and have excellent computer skills.
- Previous experience in Public Liability insurance or finance brokerage will be highly regarded.
