Leading waste management company based in Eastern Creek. The Fixed Plant Boilermaker is responsible for providing support to the MPC plants to ensure timely and accurate fabrication in line with engineering drawings.

The role
You will be responsible for fabricating heavy metal and precision welding. You must have the ability to read, interpret and work from drawings, designs and plans.
As part of the role you will be required to manage schedules, plans and meet deadlines. This role works as part of a dedicated team of trades so you need to be able to communicate effectively and thrive in a team environment.
Requirements
As an experienced and qualified Boilermaker you have experience in a similar role and experience working in a fixed plant/processing equipment environment. It would be great if you had previous experience in Waste Management or a similar industry
- Australian recognised trade qualification in Boiler making, Fabrication or Engineering (essential)
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Working at Heights/Confined Space and Elevated Work Platform Ticket
- Strong Communication, written and planning skills
- Must have own tools
- Proactive and strong team player
- MIG, TIG and STICK welding (desirable)
You must be able to pass pre-employment medicals and will be subject to regular drug & alcohol testing.
