About the Role:
As an experienced Administration Officer, you may be responsible for a large amount of data entry working with financials or providing customer service with booking virtual and in-person meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- High volume of data entry and systems management
- Using Microsoft Office programs to complete tasks as needed
- Provide customer service as needed (over the phone)
- Booking virtual and in-person appointments
- Collect and manage documents using EDRMS (Electronic Documents and Records Management System)
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role - administration, financial, data entry
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office and EDRMS preferred
- Able to work with sensitive and confidential information
