Java Engineer

6 month contract

$700-850/day + super

Sydney



Are you a Mid-level or Senior Java Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity? On behalf of a valued client, Randstad Technologies are seeking engineers who are experienced working in an enterprise-wide complex environment to assist the business to deliver Java applications.


Both Mid-level and Senior Java Engineer opportunities are 100% hands-on, the Senior will be required to lead and guide less experienced engineers.


Technical experience required:

- Java, Spring/Springboot

- RESTful Microservices

- AWS, CI/CD

- Javascript and/or NodeJS (advantageous)



Responsibilities:

- Building clean, maintainable and robust Java code

- Apply best software development standards and methods, assuming technical responsibility for all the stages and iterations

- Ensure appropriate design standards, methods and tools are applied effectively, including system design, selection of appropriate technology and efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technology ensuring compliance with security and application development standards

- Supporting team members to resolve issues to ensure effective delivery in a dynamic and complex working environment of competing priorities and short time frames
