    Opportunity to utilize your solid ITIL 4 experience to assist with this organisation in the Health sector digital transformation /evolution ITIL Service Delivery expert/Specialist is currently required for a permanent position to utilise their demonstrated ITIL 4 expertise to assist this leading health organisation in their digital transformation /evolution journey. You will also be required to perform the following
    • Creating, updating, and maintaining a set of policies, processes and practices aligned to ITILv4 that optimise planning, creation, maintenance, and coordination of our ICT Operational Activities including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, Request.
    • Analyse and document ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes & data flows to determine business impacts during current and proposed SOP’s, Policies and Processes. Ensure ITSM tool processes are aligned to ITILv4.
    • Implement / Mature ITIL reporting via ServiceNow is set up and delivered automatically.
    • Create / Align our Business and Technical Service Structure to ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model v4 building maturity in how we manage our environment.
    • Backup Coordination of Weekly Change Authority Board and related Change Management activities as required.

    To be successful in this position you will be experienced in ITIL Service Management at an enterprise scale such as incident, problem, change, release, configuration,disaster recovery management and service design. You will also have an ITIL 4 certification. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are a must
