This is an exiciting opportunity to be apart of a dynamic helpdesk team within a fast paced, growing engineering organisation providing IT support to all internal and international staff members.

You will be solving queries and troubleshooting problems via phone or email in a timely manner. This is a varied role allowing you an opportunity to build your already strong IT skills to assist with a wide range of support queries.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic level 2 IT helpdesk administrator with experience in a similar role. Working in the macquarie park area and within a tight-knit culture driven team.

Your new role:

  • Solving queries
  • Installation of laptops & desktops
  • Onsite technical support
  • Onboarding new employee's
  • Puchasing and arranging equipment

The ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years IT helpdesk experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A movtivated 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Ability to pick things up quickly & learn new programs
  • Knowledge of computer systems
  • High level of problem solving skills
