IT Support Analyst - Mobile Devices is currently required for a 12 months fixed term role to provide support for mobile phones (Samsung and IPhone’s). This will include managing break fix or replacement of mobile phones as well as support of mobile applications.
You will also be required to perform the following:
- Manage the mobile support and date queue ensuring responses to resolve support incidents and assigned service request tickets
- Coordinate all mobile application testing
- Deliver the break/fix service for all Mobile handsets and selected handsets
- Maintain accurate records of all Mobile assets including Handsets and SIM cards
To be successful in this position you will have experience in providing IT Support and have solid experience in providing support for mobile phones. Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills are a must.
