Looking for a Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer with experience providing engineer support for an Australian based MSP located on the Sutherland Shire.
This is a client facing position and as such requires someone that not only has the technical skills and experience but als strong communication skills.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support to a variety of customers across the Sutherland Shire and Sydney region
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work with customers both on site, over the phone and via email
- Assist other team members.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Excellent phone and email based communication skills.
- Strong Desktop Support experieince
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory and networking
- Great customer service skills
- experience working with and managing help desk tickets.
- A full, Valid Australian drivers licence (As some on site work would be required).
- Previous experieince working for a Managed Service Provider
