Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including ITDS staff, ISTS staff, the Integration Management Office (IMO), and System Integration Partners
- Maintain a rolling 6-month window to forecast, recruit, and onboard new technical resources for the evolving SI Program
- Conduct workforce analysis to align capacity planning with project requirements, utilizing historical data and future projections
- Track resource utilization, providing regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders
- Develop and manage a Master Resourcing Schedule using MS Project/Power BI
- Work closely with Release Managers and Project Managers to scope and schedule resource needs
- Assist with recruitment activities, including drafting resource briefs, organizing interviews, and establishing contracts
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management and resource planning within ICT
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders across internal and external business areas
- Expertise in workforce analysis and capacity planning
- Proficiency in MS Project and Power BI
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing workforce allocation
