About the role

Starting asap a Project Coordinator is required for a contract until end of Financial Year with potential for further extension to be based at the council’s main premises. As part of a recent IT budget increase you will you will work on a number of upcoming infrastructure, application and digital projects to upgrade and improve the council’s systems across numerous areas.

You will be developing and delivering a wide variety of project around from asset management to a firewall refresh. With high levels of responsibility you will be a detail oriented and driven individual with exemplary communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

To be considered for this role you will have

Experience coordinating multiple IT projects

Previous hands on experience with all areas of project coordination – scope, budget, timeline, etc

Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Strong ability to follow process and create documentation

Ideally you will also have

Local or State Government experience
